About:
FRED was born and raised in the suburbs of Paris, France, immersed in an artistic environment that fueled his creativity from a young age. Constantly drawing and intrigued by photography, he discovered his passion for visual storytelling early on.
Despite initially pursuing studies in engineering and urban planning, FRED's artistic inclinations led him to delve into photography during his academic years. As he honed his skills behind the lens, he found himself increasingly drawn to videography. Following his graduation, he embarked on a unique journey, delving into the humanitarian sector. His experiences working with refugees in Europe and later with indigenous communities in South America broadened his perspective on global issues and deepened his commitment to using art as a tool for social change. Throughout his twenties, FRED traversed the globe, documenting diverse cultures, lifestyles, and social issues through his lens.
Upon reaching his thirties, FRED made a pivotal decision to dedicate himself entirely to his artistic pursuits. In Venezuela, he explored painting, culminating in an exhibition at "La Casa 22" in Caracas. This experience ignited a new-found passion for painting, prompting him to integrate it with his previous mediums of photography, videography, and sculpting.
